To give course participants the understanding of the importance of communication as a discipline of leading change within a culture.
To provide some practical tools to assist in communication of change.
Teach the importance of structure and empathy for communication.
To demonstrate methods for building trust and respect within teams.
To highlight that teams can become willing partners rather than using force or fear to gain results.

Course Location

The course will be conducted at RD Horne Training Stables, which is a 30 acre working thoroughbred and pleasure horse training facility in a bush setting, located approx 1 hour from the Sydney CBD. Parking is available at the venue, however for ease we recommend Hawkesbury shuttle bus service to and from your hotel or office. Note pick up time from city would be 8.30am, and staff would be returned to your office each day at around 5.30 – 5.45pm. The course commences at 9.30am each morning and concludes around 4.15pm
